Available in Chippenham (Wiltshire), Kingston, Chiswick (West London) or online.
I also offer clinical supervision to qualified therapists and trainees, with a
collaborative, supportive approach grounded in ethical awareness, reflective practice,
and ongoing professional development.
Supervision is available for both individual practitioners and those working within
organisations.
Supervision is a vital part of ethical, reflective, and sustainable clinical practice. Whether
you’re a trainee therapist or an experienced practitioner, I offer a supportive,
professionally grounded space to explore your client work, your development, and the
relational and systemic dynamics that emerge in practice.
My approach to supervision is informed by over 19 years of experience in the helping
professions, including extensive clinical work with The Priory Group, where I
supported individuals with complex mental health needs, trauma histories, and
addictions. This grounding enables me to hold challenging clinical material with care
and to support therapists working with risk, complexity, and emotional depth.

I remain committed to ongoing training and professional development, ensuring my
practice is current, ethically grounded, and informed by the latest research in the field.

I offer relational, process-oriented, and ethically attuned supervision, drawing on a
broad integrative framework that includes:
● Psychodynamic theory
● Humanistic and person-centred approaches
● Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
● Group analytic thinking
I trained in supervision at the Metanoia Institute, and I am currently a trainee Group
Analyst with the Institute of Group Analysis (IGA). My ongoing study deepens my
understanding of unconscious processes, group dynamics, and systemic
influences, all of which I bring into the supervisory relationship.
I view supervision as a collaborative, non-hierarchical space where practitioners can
reflect openly on their work — including areas of uncertainty, ethical dilemmas, and
countertransference. Together, we can explore what arises in the therapeutic
relationship, while keeping a steady focus on the wellbeing of both client and
practitioner.
