My practice is located in Chippenham, with easy access from surrounding areas such
as Corsham, Melksham, Calne, Devizes, and Bath. I also offer remote therapy
sessions via secure video or telephone for clients across the UK.
All sessions—whether in-person or online—are held in a confidential, respectful, and supportive environment.
My practice is open to adults, couples, and young people aged 10 and above.
As an experienced integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, I draw on a range of
therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR (Eye
Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), and humanistic approaches. This
allows therapy to be tailored to your individual goals, needs, and preferred pace.
I work with individuals facing a broad range of emotional and psychological challenges, including:
Individual therapy offers a confidential, non-judgemental space to reflect on your
experiences and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
Couples come to therapy for many reasons — whether they’re in crisis or simply
seeking to improve communication and connection. I work with couples navigating:
Couples therapy offers a structured, neutral space to understand relational patterns,
develop insight and foster healthier ways of relating.
I provide age-appropriate counselling for children and adolescents aged 10 and over,
supporting them with issues such as:
● Anxiety and school-related stress
● Emotional regulation and behavioural concerns
● Self-esteem and confidence
● Peer relationships and social worries
● Family changes (e.g. separation, loss, relocation)
● Neurodivergent experiences (e.g. autism, ADHD)
Therapy sessions are adapted to meet the developmental and emotional needs of the
young person, with parent or carer involvement as appropriate.
Family work can be valuable when relationships feel strained, communication is difficult,
or a particular life event has disrupted the family system. Common areas of focus
include:
Family therapy is flexible and adapted to your specific circumstances — sometimes
involving all members, or a combination of individuals as needed.
I offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) for clients
impacted by trauma, distressing memories, or persistent negative beliefs. EMDR is a
structured, evidence-based approach recommended by NICE for the treatment of PTSD
and can also be helpful for:
EMDR can be integrated into ongoing therapy or delivered as a focused treatment.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. Therapy can help you
find clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with what matters most.
