Changing Point Therapy is my concept, my belief and my understanding... soon it will be yours too.
Integrative Psychotherapist, Couples Counsellor, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist
I am an experienced Psychotherapist, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and Transpersonal Couples Psychotherapist delivering one-to-one therapy, group psychotherapy and experiential workshops. I have supported clients with addictions, depression, anxiety and trauma issues both in residential and non-residential settings for many years. Organisations I have worked with include Gladstones Drug, Alcohol and Addiction Rehabilitation and the Priory Roehampton. My contribution to the practice is extensive and includes long-term psychodynamic work, as well as a more holistic approach, exploring and facilitating a range of drama and movement therapies, kundalini meditation and mindfulness movement. I have also developed my own programme - Free Flow Movement.
My approach is on the cutting edge of therapy, practiced in a safe and non-judgemental atmosphere.

My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualised, psychological care. I treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples.
The focus is to help individuals heal, energise, and become aware of their inner strengths. This is achieved by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customising your treatment plan.
I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. The goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counselling, psychotherapy and personalised treatment, I am able to help you recover the motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Relationship counselling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
